REAL Pilates for REAL people

At Pulse Pilates by the Sea we focus on a teaching style that is warm, supportive and encouraging.

Our goal is to help your body move better. Combining highly personalised programming with in-depth anatomical knowledge, we offer a proven approach to Pilates that is highly engaging and effective. 

Forget getting lost (& injured) in those large group "franchise style" classes with "fancy" movements designed for acrobats and Instagram influencers! At Pulse Pilates by the Sea we are all about authentic and safe functional Pilates movement. We have classes suitable for beginners through to regular enthusiasts and our skilled instructors offer a range of modifications to suit all levels.
